Excellent teaching from Steph, with a good mix of familiar exercises and new ones to keep us on our toes (literally!). Clear explanations and levels from beginners to advanced, so you can work at the right level for you. I find the classes very relaxing but Steph is good at motivating me to work harder!

Adding in a zoom class option has been really good too. The class has helped me build my core strength and increase flexibility.

Great class. Steph varies the exercises to keep it interesting whilst building on what you've done each week. I've seen real improvement in my core strength & flexibility. The room is a good size and well ventilated, having equipment there to use is really helpful & Steph keeps it all clean. You can even take 'holiday weeks' by emailing in advance so you keep your place.
